TraderVault is a trading journal and analytics platform that allows users to:

• Import and track trading history
• Connect brokerage accounts for automatic data sync
• Analyze trading performance with advanced analytics
• Maintain trading journals and notes
• Use portfolio optimization and backtesting tools

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

When connecting brokerage accounts:

• You authorize us to access your brokerage data through secure APIs
• We use read-only access whenever possible
• You remain responsible for your brokerage account and trading decisions
• We are not responsible for actions taken by your broker
• You can disconnect broker connections at any time

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DASTech, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your trading data and journal entries.

8. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data imported from third-party sources.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DASTech, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
